At Soma Ritual, we aim to process and ship orders in a timely and transparent manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be handled.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we ship within India only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if enabled in the future) will also be disclosed upfront.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if applicable).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
  • Soma Ritual is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • In case an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and products.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government regulations or lockdowns
  • Incorrect customer information
